EXPERT SCHOOL is an OPEN School with a strategy of Education for Life [EFL]. It’s Knowledge-Pass Beyond Class Room Online programme is open to all students of the age group ‘7-14 years’.
EXPERT SCHOOL will prepare the learners for the new global society. Since each individual has unique abilities and innate talent, it must be discovered and developed during the formative years to make young budding talents future ready. EXPERT SCHOOL will assist the learners in discovering individual passion, align their aptitude and hence, develop abilities in the area of their choice.
EXPERT SCHOOL will assist the young learners to develop Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social as well as Spiritual abilities and emerge as achievers in their life. Core academic subjects will be enhanced by incorporating aspects to develop critical thinking, problem solving skills, collaboration, creativity, communication and also the ENTREPRENEUSHIP.
The importance of leadership is all pervasive, be it personal, family, social and professional life. The future belongs to people with the leadership approach, and training serves as a great incubator to find opportunities under difficult situations. EXPERT SCHOOL will assist students into developing leadership skills and empower them in all 3 sectors of society i.e. Agriculture, Manufacturing & Trade on a sustainable platform.

Until recently, our education systems were anchored in 20th century policies and schools continued practicing the teaching and learning accordingly with little preparations for the new millennium. As a result, despite New Education Policy [NEP] announcement in 2020, which emphasizes upon imparting the skills of critical thinking and problem solving rather than promoting the skills of storing and retrieving, schools are still under equipped to suitably educate the learners of 21st century. However, generations do not pause growing. Education is the deepest source of empowerment to a person, society and nation as such. To impart meaningful education, the educators shall take these two steps prior to the real development starts,
The First Step Towards Development Aptitude is mostly by birth whereas passions keep evolving. Therefore as an educator, it is our duty to assist each learner in aligning these two and make it learner centric.
The Second Step Towards Development Before the learners embark on the journey of holistic development, they shall know their prideful background. Our history shall not be construed with mythology. It is for character building and not for entertainment. Unfortunately, we were robbed of our “Gauravshali Ityhas” for all these years which was replaced with colonial mindset. Our culture is still hard wired in our brain and soul. To stand tall, the new generation needs to learn our culture where faith, freedom and self-sufficiency are revered. Our culture shows us the path of honour, and as we follow this path, we become honourable.
