our VISION


ProDIGY’s VISION is to offer Education for LIFE [EFL], so to prepare India’s young geniuses with Industrious mind set equipped with Global Competency. It requires upgrading two dimensional traditional schooling by adding a Third Dimension. This vision emanates from a very deep understanding explained below.


As we all know, 21st current century is capability driven where to stand out from the crowd, youth needs to develop creativity and innovativeness as their second nature. This is possible in case the learners are clear about their goal right in the formative stage, which mandates early identification of their passion. It is seen that some learners seem to have it all figured out since their early ages; like they were born to do something in specific. There are, on the other hand, learners who move around without having a dominating specific interest. They may still be experimenting and trying out new things to be able to find their ultimate passion, but later forced into a career that is probably not aligned with their strengths, or in certain cases, not aligned to what makes them happy.


We all understand that each individual has unique abilities and innate talent, which must be discovered and developed during the formative years to make them future ready. It becomes imperative for the parents to assist their wards @ home in discovering individual Passion, align it with innate Aptitude and hence, develop Abilities in the area of their choice. However, with major focus on imparting academic syllabus, we find little time to address such important matter. Therefore, complimentary educational program will play a very significant role in preparing these young learners to attain their full creative talent and emerge as achievers.


Further, we are working in a globalised environment amidst unprecedented impact of disruptive technologies. In this current digitally interconnected world, the youth needs new generation skills to succeed. However, the 21st century challenges require a self directed and interest based learning environment to prepare the learners who can think critically, be creative and innovative in approach, be effective communicators and aware with understanding of what it takes to be a good citizen in a diverse society. Therefore, to prepare the learners for the unique demands of the emerging society and develop a holistic perspective, they must be exposed to the world Beyond Class Room at national and the global levels.


To supplement the traditional school education and offer much broader spectrum of learning opportunities beyond the traditional schooling, parents shall take full initiative in their hands and introduce Beyond Class Room program required for life in combination with school’s current practices. This will bring Education closer to Industry by enhancing learner’ awareness beyond traditional class room and imbibe the best from both side of the world.

TECHNOLOGY The existing schools are faced with new challenges as Education & Training can no longer only be conveyed inside the classrooms. Students and trainers require more and more modern means of communication. The schools may have limited knowledge resources, whereas, large pool of experts is available outside their boundary wall. This expert pool may be utilized by digitally connecting with the outside world. Therefore, education delivery on Technology platform will lead to higher focus on relevant tasks and lower the costs.

In the age of digital technology, innovation must ride over the traditional modus operandi.  Expert Studio is one such innovation through which ProDIGY will overcome the above challenges. It is a technology enabled delivery mechanism which is digitally connected with the industry on one side and the Learners on the other. It revolves around a studio system which is an effective way to transport Learning & Mentoring.

Through a home studio, the learners are offered education & training under virtual school environment.
